Hello, Unfortunately, I have no idea how to reach Mycenae by public transport as public transport I am using only in big cities... I think you shall simply rent the car. It is easy to drive in Greece. You don't need an expensive navigation devices to navigate in Greece. I used my Android based mobile (Samsung A3) with Here WeGo navigation application which has downloadable offline maps.. The good thing about Here WeGo is that you can do preparations before your trip where via PC via Web Browser you find and put places to favorites you want to visite and this is synced to your mobile application... so you do some "home work" you have easy drive on vacations.
