Milledgeville is a village in Jasper Township, Fayette County, Ohio, United States. The population was 98 at the 2020 census. Milledgeville was laid out in 1855. A mill was built on the town site in 1855. The name Milledgeville is an amalgamation of "mill on the edge of ville". A post office has been in operation at Milledgeville since 1877.
