The Boston-based online gambling company is accused of using deceptive ads to lure players into gambling a lot of money fast.

DraftKings took more than 1,100 illegal transactions from 218 customers during one year, and facilitated over $83,000 in illegal bets.

The company will pay a $90,000 settlement to the state for accepting bets on the two events, according to documents filed with the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission.
