Alan Cumming is reprising his X-Men role of Nightcrawler for Marvel’s upcoming Avengers: Doomsday. After the cast reveal was made on a live stream, the Traitors US host took to social media to express his excitement about returning and share a video of himself practicing his Nightcrawler moves.

Cumming’s casting in Avengers: Doomsday, which was announced during the 5 hour long livestream which took place on March 26, came as a complete shock to Marvel fans as the star hasn't suited up as Kurt Wagner aka Nightcrawler since the 2003 movie X2: X-Men United.
