According to Riverside County records, the missing 7-month-old's father pleaded guilty to wilful cruelty to a child following a 2018 arrest.

Emmanuel Haro was reported missing on Thursday after someone attacked his mother outside of a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the 34500 block of Yucaipa Boulevard, according to the family.
