The Food and Drug Administration has expanded a recall involving ready-to-eat items made with tuna salad. The recall involves several items sold at Albertsons, Randalls and Tom Thumb stores in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
The FDA is cautioning pet owners that FDA samples of five Darwin’s Natural raw cat and dog food made by Arrow Reliance Inc. tested positive for Salmonella
Spinach and mixed leaves products are being recalled due to the detection of listeriosis in the Republic of Ireland. The seven products are produced by McCormack Family Farms.
The ‘voluntary precautionary recall’ linked to the outbreak comes from one food manufacturer, Ballymaguire Foods,who provide for Tesco, Aldi, and others across Ireland. A range of chicken curries, lasagnes, bolognaises, pasta bakes, cottage pies, and chow mein dishes are all affected by the recall.
