The Baltimore Ravens are quickly filling out their new staff under Jesse Minter, with former Ravens coach Anthony Weaver being named defensive coordinator. Yes, Minter will be the one calling the plays according to reports, so Weaver will oversee other aspects of the defense and help install the gameplan.
