Seattle police say the suspect in a fatal house fire is still out there after charges were dropped against the man initially arrested in the crime.

After charges were dismissed against a man who may have been mistakenly identified as a suspect in a deadly Wallingford arson, the Seattle Police Department (SPD) is asking for the public’s help in finding the real suspect.

Police found "an Asian male with dark hair and a (similar) name and deemed it sufficient to move forward with life altering charges,” the defense wrote.
