A civil trial is underway in Virginia nearly three years after a then-6-year-old student shot his first grade teacher in an elementary school classroom. AKRON, Ohio — A 20-year-old Barberton woman was killed early Monday morning in a shooting in the South Akron neighborhood, police say.
