The Golden State Warriors are navigating murky waters as Stephen Curry is dealing with a hamstring strain during the club's second-round series. Taking on the No. 6-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves, the Warriors picked up a massive Game 1 win to start the series off strong as the road team.

Sources tell Charania that the Warriors view Game 6 as “the earliest potential window” for Curry to resume playing. Games 3 and 4 are tonight and Monday in San Francisco before the series returns to Minnesota for Game 5 on Wednesday. A scheduling quirk gives the teams a three-day break prior to Game 6 next Sunday back in the Bay Area.

Well, ESPN's Shams Charania estimated on Saturday evening that a possible Game 6 return on May 18 is the earliest that Curry could come back for Golden State at this point. He'll be evaluated again on Wednesday to see where he is in his recovery.
