The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning that previously recalled Tri-Union Seafoods select lots of canned tuna may still be on shelves.

Tuna that was recalled in 2025 over concerns of possible botulism contamination has been recalled again after it was mistakenly sent back to retailers in nine states.
