As of Monday evening, Tropical Storm Bertha has become more organized but has slowed nearly to a stop, according to the latest update from the National Hurricane Center.

Tropical Storm Bertha made its second landfall in two days after skirting Louisiana's Gulf Coast and coming ashore near the border with Texas on Thursday, according to the National Hurricane Center.

The storm is bringing rain to a large swath of the northern Gulf Coast, with a series of watches and warnings issued along its path.
