FREMONT, Neb. (WOWT) - Police arrested a 19-year-old early Tuesday after a payloader was stolen from a Fremont business and driven through a parking lot and into a park, causing property damage.

BROOKINGS, S.D. (KELO) — A Brookings man is behind bars, accused of stealing a payloader and leading deputies on a pursuit. The Brookings County Sheriff’s Office says it happened just before 3:30 p.m.

An 18-year-old man from New Town died Tuesday morning in Mountrail County when the vehicle he was driving struck the rear end of a payloader, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
