Tens of thousands of people in Mississippi remain in the dark in the aftermath of a severe winter storm.
As bitter cold temperatures gripped the Houston region Monday morning, some power outages were being reported in the city and suburbs.
Power has been restored to nearly 1,500 Entergy New Orleans customers who were in the dark for nearly two hours early Monday.
