Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was listed as a full participant in practice on Wednesday (November 19) for the first time since undergoing surgery to repair a turf toe injury, the team confirmed on its injury report, which was re-shared by ESPN 's Adam Schefter.
