A body language expert says the lack of PDA from Prince William and Kate Middleton on Commonwealth Day is actually a good sign.

It goes without saying that Westminster Abbey is a place that holds great meaning for the Prince and Princess of Wales: After all, Prince William and Kate Middleton tied the knot there in 2011. It’s also home to Kate’s annual “Together at Christmas” concert and where they toasted King Charles’s coronation—a moment that placed them next in line to the throne—back in 2023.

In a rare public display of affection for the couple, Kate Middleton and Prince William held hands in a new video shared on social media as they finished up an away day in Wales.

Prince William couldn’t help but show PDA with his wife, Kate Middleton, during their outing on Commonwealth Day. Although I was hoping for more couple pics on his next tour, the royal family just confirmed that it’s not possible.

The couple headed to Wales ahead of St David's Day to visit Pontypridd, where they dropped by the town's market, had a go at making Welsh Cakes and also met volunteers at a community garden
