Police in Manor arrested a man in connection with the online solicitation and exploitation of a minor.

A resident called the police department at 11 p.m. on Jan. 27 to report seeing a suspicious man who appeared to be carrying two hatchets while yelling at someone on the phone.

The Richmond Police Department said in a social media post that they worked with several agencies to arrest a violent felon.

The man attempted to enter women's restroom and locker room facilities around Denton County, police said in a statement.

One of the men they arrested had an active escape warrant for the Department of Corrections.
