SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco police officers responding to a vehicle collision violated department policy when they failed to properly investigate the crash as a suspected DUI, a newly released report from the San Francisco Department of Police Accountability (DPA) shows.

The Westminster Police Department in Colorado released bodycam footage of a DUI arrest of a man who had three children hiding in his trunk. Police noted that the man was 'lucky he didn't hit somebody' and the children were 'unharmed.

A South Salt Lake police officer has been arrested after he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol while in a police vehicle.
