To win the tremendous prize, the winner matched all five white numbers drawn and the red Powerball -- 4, 25, 31, 52, 59 PB: 19 -- in the Dec. 24 Powerball drawing. The player won a jackpot worth $1.817 billion, after no one had won the jackpot for a record 47 consecutive drawings.
