AJ Styles put his career on the line in a match against Gunther at Royal Rumble on Saturday night, and he lost. Despite the ambiguous way in which Styles left the ring, and the rampant rumors and theories among fans both before and after the match, Triple H was quick to shut down any chatter suggesting The Phenomenal One might show up elsewhere.
Heel turn and face turn have been a recurring phenomenon in WWE under Triple H's creative leadership. Time and time again, fans witnessed several such character changes on the main roster.
