A Powerball ticket worth a $1 million prize was purchased Saturday in Cheboygan, according to the Michigan Lottery. The Court Street Party Market at 1101 Court Street sold the winning ticket. The winning numbers that matched the five white balls were: 1, 28, 31, 57 and 58.
