The Denver Broncos will open the 2025 NFL season at home. Denver is set to host the Tennessee Titans at Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday, Sept. 7, according to a report from Fox Sports insider Jordan Schultz.

Nix surprised fans with a Rookie of the Year-caliber campaign to lead the Broncos to the playoffs in 2024, helping them snap an eight-year postseason drought. While Denver might not be a Super Bowl contender just yet, it should be due for another big year.

Denver's 2025 season starts at home, as the Broncos will kick off the year with a Week 1 matchup with first-overall pick Cam Ward and the Tennessee Titans. The Broncos will look to earn a Week 1 win for the first time since 2021, and they'll aim to win their eighth Week 1 home game in their last 11 tries.

It's not just the league but the networks who believe Bo Nix and the Broncos will be good in 2025. And as for international games, follow-up byes cannot be promised.

This was a calculated offseason by Broncos GM George Paton and Coach Payton as the team looks to help Nix take the next steps as the franchise quarterback.
