Republic Services workers were out picketing in front of the company’s Peabody locations Tuesday morning as full trash bags and recycling bins lined some North Shore streets.

Many of the 16 cities and towns can expect some trash and recycling pickup on a one-day schedule delay starting on Wednesday.
