'Tin Machine II,' David Bowie's second and final album with Reeves Gabrels and the Sales brothers, arrived on Sept. 2, 1991.

“I think probably there’s less physical aggression,” Bowie said of “Tin Machine II” last year. “I think aggression is still there in the lyrics.

The two formed Tin Machine a year later along with bassist Tony Fox Sales and drummer Hunt Sales and released the band’s debut, Tin Machine, in 1989 and follow-up Tin Machine II in 1991.
