BP's 440,000-bpd refinery in Whiting, Indiana, continued to flare after flooding disrupted its operations earlier this week, the company said.

Milwaukee gas prices are rising due to flooding at a key Indiana oil refinery. Current Milwaukee gas prices average $3.19, up 20 cents from earlier in the week. The national average is $3.13, lower than last Labor Day.
