Minneapolis residents noticed a new strategy in the ongoing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation in the Twin Cities this week: helicopters flying overhead. Information shared by ICE late Thursday contradicts the story being told by a Minnesota woman detained by federal law enforcement earlier this week in Minneapolis.
