After losing superstar receiver Davante Adams in the offseason, the New York Jets are reportedly still searching for help to surround star Garrett Wilson.

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn knocked down any trade rumors surrounding running back Breece Hall, instead noting to reporters Tuesday that he wished he had more running backs on the roster.

With Breece Hall, Braelon Allen, and Isaiah Davis, that is a good trio, plus running behind a solid offensive line, the Jets have all the makings of being a good rushing team in 2025. But there is one element that is perhaps getting forgotten when it comes to running the football – Justin Fields.

New York most likely will have to look to the draft in order to secure the franchise quarterback of the future. ESPN's Field Yates believes that could happen as early as 2026, and he thinks the Jets will swing a deal with their neighbor to get it done.
