One of the biggest barriers to people getting vaccines in some parts of the world is the ‘cold chain’ required to keep vaccines cold.

The report claims that the UK health system has had an “increasing focus” on major and common conditions, but people with these rare conditions are being left to “fall through the cracks”.

A report from the Resolution Foundation suggests that the Government should focus spending in areas such as health and housing.
