CC Sabathia was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Yankee last summer.

The New York Yankees aren’t just honoring CC Sabathia, they’re closing the book on one of the most decorated left arms in New York Yankees’ franchise history.

Sabathia was a six-time All-Star who won the 2007 American League Cy Young Award with Cleveland and a World Series title in 2009, his first season with the Yankees after signing as a free agent.
