On Feb. 3, the state Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) granted tidal wetland permits for the development, which will see 60 units of housing and the road connection of Tennyson Drive and Mansion Avenue brought to a long-vacant lot between Nelson and Cleveland Avenues.
