The union for 10,000 striking Air Canada flight attendants said Monday they won’t return to work even though the strike, now in its third day, has been declared illegal.

With a possible flight attendant strike looming, Air Canada is warning that it might be impossible for some passenger to rebook their cancelled flights in an acceptable time frame. "A planned strike by CUPE,
