Brown is from University Laboratory School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a member of the 2026 recruiting class. He is considered a multi-sport athlete and is a track and field star when not playing football.

Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers secured a commitment from Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab five-star athlete Lamar Brown on Thursday with the decision sending sh
