Markwood added that he appreciated the support from fans. A GoFundMe page set up on his behalf had raised over $48,000 as of Wednesday afternoon.

“I think when I get home I’ll just put ice on it,” he said. A GoFundMe was started for Kavan Markwood after the fall. As of Wednesday night, nearly $52,000 has been raised for Markwood.
