The teen's death in Belmar came after the drowning death of a 31-year-old Trenton man, who drowned Aug. 11 in Seaside Heights.
Belmar Beach Patrol Chief Harry Harsin said the victim was brought ashore about 50 to 100 yards north of the Eighth Avenue jetty.
