Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Monday that he is ordering the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at the state Capitol in Tallahassee and at public buildings in Palm Beach County for Joseph "Joe" Casello. Flags will be lowered from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday.

A major crash on I-95 South in Riviera Beach is blocking lanes on Tuesday morning. Florida 511 reported the crash just before Exit 76, Blue Heron Boulevard, at 8:42 a.m. In the latest update at 8:45 a.m., officials said that the three left lanes have been blocked. No injuries have been reported at this time.
