Luevinia Jones of Medford, New Jersey, formerly of Riverhead, died at her home on Feb. 26, 2025, at home. She was 94 years old.

The county health department is offering free rabies vaccinations for dogs, cats and ferrets on Friday, March 21 at the Eastern LI Academy of Applied Technology in Riverhead.
