MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A train derailed near the town center in Byhalia, Miss., at approximately 3 p.m., Tuesday, July 29. According to Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson, around 5 or 6 train cars derailed near downtown Byhalia.
