STRIPED MICE FAMILY: This adult female African striped mouse (Rhabdomys pumilio) was caught by a cat and brought to our hospital. We could not find any external injuries, but because cat bites can cause serious internal damage as well, we kept her for a few days just to be sure. This is when she surprised us with babies!
