My first workout at Jenn's Gym! I am unbelievably happy and proud of what I have achieved in building this accessible gym. I hope that by sharing my workout’s it’ll show others how they can adapt different pieces of equipment to suit their individual needs. I started my workout on the plinth doing some boxing with 1kg dumbbells in each hand. Adding the weights gives you more momentum which also means you have to use your core more to pull back after each punch so you don’t fall over. I then did
