It took me a little while to process what happened last month. One of my absolute drum heroes, Mr. Peter Erskine, was our guest — and what a guest he was. Legendary stories, full of humor, heart, and wisdom. His teaching was all about being a great musician, not just a drummer. He was generous with his time, hung out late into the night, and filled the place with incredible energy. The only design flaw of this camp is that the participants get to spend more time with him than I do. 😄 Thank you

What a contrast—from playing with the Buddy Rich Big Band to this! 🎷🥁 Got a call two days ago from my old friend @stoppok_musik , who I haven’t played with in 14 years. Their drummer fell sick, and they needed a fill-in. I had just one day to transcribe and learn the songs for the concert! 📝🎶 But it was an absolute blast, like a high school reunion. Such a great night with musicians I deeply respect. Thanks for having me, and here’s hoping it won’t be another 14 years! 🙌✨ @sonordrumco @mein
