🌈 In 1968, Judy Garland visited the Boston Veterans Hospital and sang some of “Over The Rainbow” from “The Wizard of Oz” to the patients and staff there. This rare footage shows Judy, just a year before her untimely passing. She was certainly going through a lot at this point in her life, but this beautiful moment captures her kindness flawlessly. Judy is obviously under the influence of something here, don't know if it's life, medicine, liebfraumilch, or whatever, but what I do know is that despite her slurred speech, Judy's timing is impeccable and her delivery is hysterical.
