Canning carrots 🥕super #easy and a great cantry staple. I used 10lbs of carrots, this recipe gave me 5pints of sweet glazed carrots and 7 pints of regular carrots, 12 pints total. Regular carrots- 1tsp sea salt then fill to a 1inch headspace with room temp water. Sweet glazed carrots- 2cups water, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup cane sugar- heat until sugar dissolves and fill jars to a 1inch headspace. . . 10lbs of pressure for 25 minutes (pints) and quarts for 35 minutes.
