🗣️NOW LISTEN There’s a reason I forgot these exercises existed… Because while they can be beneficial…they’re dessert exercises and not main course exercises. You can have them in your workouts for fun or for periods of time to switch things up, but they’re likely not going to be staples (with some exceptions depending on circumstances). I’ve gone through stages and phases of doing and programming these exercises a lot. I like them all. And everyone can get benefits out of them. But they usually
