Baby somersaults can be done from when your baby can stabilize his/her head- usually from around 3-4 months. Hold your baby like in the video and just have fun together! If you get nervous doing it the first couple of times, start with a soft mattress underneath. It’s not difficult but it’s of course always important to be and to feel safe.
