A mass shooting at a child's birthday party in Stockton, California, has left four people dead, including three children -- ages 8, 9, and 14 -- and a 21-year-old. Eleven others were injured in the attack that occurred Saturday evening at a strip mall banquet hall packed with up to 150 partygoers.
