We live in Sutton Coldfield town centre near The Gracechurch Centre, and there’s a company working in this building that doesn’t seem to care about council rules at all. They create a lot of noise starting from as early as 6am and sometimes going on until midnight. This video was recorded Friday at 11:30pm — it’s really disturbing for residents in the area.
