Bette Davis signing records at Tower Records in Westwood Village in 1983. In case you forgot what people dressed like in early 1980s, this is a great reminder. Especially the woman at 1:27. She IS the 80s! It’s also great to see the street scenes back then. Note the Tower Records employee wearing a T-shirt captioned "WHAT A DUMP." That, of course, is a line that Bette Davis delivered in "Beyond the Forest" (1949). The line was later memorialized in Edward Albee's "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
